Invitation to all downtown Squamish Businesses: Celebrate Canada Day with the Community. DSBIA is sponsoring the Squamish Canada Day Community Celebration on Sunday, July 1st. This is a wonderful chance for downtown businesses to take advantage the planning of the event and showcase their businesses to everyone downtown for the celebration. In addition to being open for business (suggest at least 10am-4pm), you can also take part in the BIA Scavenger Hunt. Initial plan – people will register for the Scavenger Hunt at the BIA tent in Pavilion Park, they will then go to all the participating businesses where they will receive swag such as Canada flags, tattoos, stickers, etc, they then return to the BIA tent to put their name in for a large draw prize.
