Waterfront walkways, lookout points, grassy mounds, play structures, an inter-tidal lagoon and shoreline restoration are all proposed features of a new community park at Waterfront Landing.
An Open House, hosted by Bosa Properties Inc., is being held on Monday, November 5 to share info and get community input on the preliminary plans for the new community park and phase 2 residences as part of the Waterfront Landing development.
Waterfront Landing is located on the south east side of the Mamquam Blind Channel, adjacent to Highway 99 on the old Interfor Mill site. Part of the future phasing of the development will see a pedestrian bridge connect Downtown to Waterfront Landing at the end of Victoria Street.
